Pricing
Each country is unique, facing different challenges. We provide you with a project cost that is based on a pre-determined period of 1 year, tailored to the country or region of expansion. We split the project into two parts:
- Business Strategy Definition
- Business Strategy Execution
Additionally, we provide the service of Personal Roadmaps. Writing out the entire story your employees will go through from their first work day, to handovers and exit plans.
Business Strategy Definition
The business strategy definition will be discussed and built together with you. This part will be the project as a whole, clearly outlining the goals that have to be met and the success that is expected. We discuss the needed strategy, the cost and investment needed and the legal aspects to take into account.
Business Strategy Execution
The Business Strategy Execution follows the Business Strategy Definition throughout the project. Depending on the urgency and scope, the execution will be guided and managed anywhere from 1 to 5 days per week at day rates. During the execution, meetings, negotiations, management and reporting will take place. The more days, the faster your expansion will happen.
